The CitySwan column range was designed and developed as a collaborative effort between Bjarne Schläger, architect MAA, and Morten W. Borup, architect MAA. The column range comprises the following products:
In 2008 and 2009, the new residential district Trekroner had more than 200 CitySwan columns installed. The Trekroner project deliberately focused on lighting and design as well as planting greenery in order to create the desired environment in the new district before houses were built.
Trekroner uses more or less the entire Alfred Priess CitySwan range, from the tall CitySwan High columns along the main road to the CitySwan Basic park columns for the footpath network.
The CitySwan column range was designed by Bjarne Schläger, architect MAA, with production rights belonging to Alfred Priess A/S. The CitySwan luminaire was designed as a collaborative effort between Bjarne Schläger and Morten Weeke Borup, architect MAA, and is produced by Philips Lighting.
