Priess A/S has delivered 4 pcs. of Skyline solar cell columns for a parking area in Lagos, Nigeria. The columns are fitted with Panasonic NiMh batteries and a Focus LED luminaire.
Solar cell columns from Priess A/S are particularly appropriate for installations where traditional lighting columns present a challenge. Therefore, the Port of Vordingborg in Denmark has installed a Flatpanel solar cell solution.
In September 2016 the Danish municipality of Tønder purchased 5 sets of Skyline solar cell columns for installation at bus stops in the rural area of the municipality. The columns are equipped with motion sensors.
The Danish municipality of Roskilde installed a Skyline solar cell column at the driveway to the Danish town of Grundsømagle. Energy production and lighting management of this Plug n 'Play solution are carried out by the PRIESS LCC control system.
In January 2017, Roskilde Municipality set up 4 Laser Sun solar cell columns on a parking lot at the Athletics Club " Hellas". The Roskilde Municipality has chosen to place 4 pcs. of 8 meter high self-sufficient solar cell columns as an alternative to traditional lighting.
In October 2015 the first shipment with Plectre Sun columns was delivered in the Netherlands. For this small project our local partner, Lighting Pole Services, delivered 5 Plectre Sun columns with a light point height of 4,0 m.
Our partner in the Netherlands, Lighting Pole Services BV has in corporation with Rijkswaterstaat installed Plectre Sun solar cell columns at a rest stop next to highway A15. This reststop is situated between the Dutch cities Arnhem and Tiel.
Our partner in the Netherlands, Lighting Pole Services, has installed a larger Touché project on a path system in Groningen, the Netherlands. The project consists of 17 stand-alone columns with a LSH of 6,0 meters. The column consists of 2 solar panels that will operate the 23-watt luminaire.
The municipality of the Dutch town of Scheveningen has chosen customized solar cell columns for a square at the popular port of the town. The design of the columns has been inspired by a "wobbler," which is used for fishing.
The Touché solar-cell column was the perfect choice when Denmark’s Viborg Municipality needed to select a lighting solution for the Himmerland Path. The tall trees along the former railway bed meant that the columns had to be heightened so the solar cells could absorb sufficient solar radiation.
l Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi gets the first Touché solar lighting installation in the Middle East. The installation in Al Raha Gardens is implemented in close collaboration with Thorn lighting - fixture is Thorn Dyana 36 LED 45W. In the UAE there is 3 times as much sunshine as in Germany.
