If you have any questions, if you wish to withdraw your consent or for any other reason, please feel welcome to send an e-mail to us on email@example.com, and we will process your enquiry as soon as possible.
When anyone fills in a contact form from Priess A/S, he/she typically provides information such as e-mail address, name and company name so that we can contact you concerning your enquiry. We use this information solely to process your enquiry and do not disclose the information to a third party; there may be exceptions, however (if the purpose of the contact page is to sign up to receive our newsletter, for instance).
The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is Article 6(1) (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your personal data will be stored for as long as you prefer, i.e. until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Although we do not pass on your data to a third party, there may be exceptions, however (if the purpose of the contact page is the sending of a newsletter where we use your information in an e-mail system, for instance).
Normally, your data is not transferred to countries outside the EU and the EEA.
But when someone signs up for our newsletter, we use an e-mail system located in the US. This means that your data will be transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA to a platform for sending out newsletters.
Please note that the e-mail system is a member of the Privacy Shield programme, so this framework forms the basis for our transfer of your personal data to the e-mail system.
