We received notice from one of our customers that a valve cabinet of ours had been hit in an accident. Following an inspection, it was assessed that a new valve cabinet would need to be installed.
It was important that both the valves and electrical equipment inside could remain operational while Priess worked to replace the cabinet. It was therefore agreed that Priess would supply a new valve cabinet without a base.
The replacement process began at 8:00 am by removing electrical components from the walls. The cabinet itself was subsequently removed. The new cabinet was then lowered down over the valves and the switchboard. Finally, the cabinet and various different electrical components were installed. The entire process took four hours.
