Henrik has been an integral part of our team for a decade and his contributions have been vital to the operation and development of our production.
When Henrik first joined us, he came on board for a newly created role where we needed a specialist to manage our turret presses. With his experience and expertise, he quickly took on the responsibility – and today, the machines run smoothly around the clock, thanks to Henrik’s dedication.
Over the years, Henrik’s role has evolved and he’s now Team Leader in the department. Recently, he completed a Lean course to further improve our processes. He continues to be a key figure in our daily operations, ensuring smooth production and strong collaboration between colleagues and planning.
