25 Years on the Job – Congratulations, Kristian

Today at Priess, we’re celebrating our beloved colleague Kristian Nørgaard Jensen, also known as WOOL – a nickname he supposedly got because of an impressive mane he once had, and because his mother kept sheep! A fun and charming little anecdote that tells us something about who Kristian is.

Kristian has been a part of Priess since June 2000 and over the course of 25 years, he has taken on a little bit of everything – from steel projects in the Free Port and painting jobs under the Little Belt Bridge to the assembly of cabins in Greenland and forklift driving here in Denmark.

He has worked in the foundry, straightened pipes, assembled cabins for DSB and much more. A true all-rounder – and a colleague you can always depend on.

Before his time with Priess, Kristian worked as a farmer for 15 years but then he chose a new path that would give him more free time and a more versatile range of tasks – and we’re very glad he did!

We celebrated his milestone with a lovely brunch comprised of everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to warm pancakes and fresh pastries.

Thanks to you, Kristian, for all your hard work, your good energy and your loyalty throughout the years! You are an important part of the Priess family, and we look forward to many more years together!
