Priess A/S supplied a booster station to water utilities company Vandcenter Syd. The station is equipped with five large Grundfos pumps which are able to handle large volumes of water during periods of peak demand. The station provides back-up to an area on the outskirts of Odense.
The structure measures 6600 x 3000 x 2400 mm. The foundation was cast in two parts with recesses for various pipes and drains, and it is supported by a point foundation which was established by Vandcenter Syd on the site itself.
The station was produced in two loose parts with two gables and two sides. It was painted following its installation on site. Priess A/S carried out the entire assembly process.
