Technical cabin for Copenhagen Airport

In the spring of 2017, Priess A/S supplied four technical cabins to Copenhagen Airport. The largest of the cabins measured 10.4 x 7.8 x 3.0 metres and was assembled/installed in situ. The other three measured 8.0 x 4.0 x 2.4 metres and were all assembled at the factory in Vinderup and then delivered to Copenhagen. All of the cabins were clad in Ivar planks.

  • Structure: Side elements/posts 1.25 mm aluzinc. Internally the cabins are clad with 12 mm Raumaform/aluzinc sheets.
  • Externally they are clad with 1.25 mm aluzinc sheets which are then subsequently clad in 10 mm Ivar planks.
  • Doors: Constructed from posts/beams in 1.25 mm aluzinc which are then subsequently clad wit aluzinc sheets and Ivar planks.
  • Hinges on doors are 5” Hamburg hinges, galvanised and painted.
  • Roof: 1.5 mm aluzinc constructed with beams.
